He is survived by: his father Floyd Samuel Collins Sr.; his wife Susan Collins; his children, Brittany, Annabelle, Thomas and Odessa; his sisters, Tammie Wise (Todd), Sonja Saylor (Jeff) and Tiffany Harris (Joey); his parents-in-law, Tim and Marlene Saylor; and his sister-in-law Amanda Saylor.
