She was predeceased by: her husband Johnny Blake; her children, Clara, Grant and Dana Blake; and her sisters, Nancy J. Cobb and Francis J. Blake.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jonathan Grant, Shannon Blake Carpenter (Brandon), Blake Leopard and K'La; her great grandchildren, Isabella Blake, Olivia Carpenter and Charli Kate Carpenter; her sister Rita Kirkland (Ray); her sister-in-law Helen Goodson; her niece Robin; her daughter-in-law Susan Blake; and her pets, Mack and Tobey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
