She was loved and cherished by many people including: her father Dempsey Webb Carter, Sr.; her husband Bruce Costner; her son Quentin Abernathy; her mother Peggy Carter; her children, Adrienne Swinney and Brett Costner (Amanda Moore); her siblings, Dempsey "Butch" Webb Carter (Sherry Carter), Suzanne Corbin (James Corbin) and Lisa Varn (James Varn); and her grandson Cameron Swinney. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews and (11) great nieces and nephews.
