It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dana Darlene Lowe of Dallas, North Carolina, who passed away on November 20, 2024, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Patsy Whisnant Crocker and Tony Paul Lowe; her siblings, Tony Paul Lowe, Jr. and Kimberly Dawn "Cookie" Lowe; her aunt Judy Whisnant Edwards (Bobby Edwards); and her grandmothers, Pearl Rash and Loraine Arrendale Upchurch.
She is survived by: her sister Paula Rose Lowe; her nieces and nephews, Anthony Keith Boyd, II, Sylvia Boyd, Craig Steven Crocker, Paula Nicole Ensley, Jerome Conyers, Meriah Worthy, Ansley Ross and Devon Ross; her close friends, Brenda Coleman and Michelle Webb; her cousin Danny Whisnant; and her aunt Rita Byrd. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Withers & Whisenant Funeral Home and Cremation (2916 Union Rd, Gastonia, NC 28054). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
