He is survived by: his wife Tammy Lewis; his children, Robbie Lewis, Autumn Hamilton (Jeremy) and Candace Beer (Bradley); and his grandchildren, Braley Hamilton, Talon Poarch, Payton Hamilton, Marissa Poarch, Avery Hamilton, Annabelle Hester and Khloe Beer.
