He is survived by: his children, Sharon Ratchford of Dallas, Steve Ratchford (Tresa) of Newton and Johnny Ratchford (Brooke) of Dallas; his brother Claude Ratchford (Jeane) of Bessemer City; and his sister-in-law Shirley Ratchford of Bessemer City.
