It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Shook Etter of Dallas, North Carolina, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald James Shook and Hazel Mae Winters; and her brother Charles Kenneth Shook. She is survived by: her husband Jack C. Etter; her children, Steven Etter (Lucinda) of New Mexico, Eric Etter of Kings Mountain, Jeff Etter (Judy) of Gastonia and Stephanie Day (Todd) of Utah; her brother Dennis Shook (Donna) of Dallas; and her grandchildren, Tashina Cooper (Rob), Tiffany Garza (Patrick), Devon Etter, Easton Day (Tawny), Carla Etter, Justin Etter (Erica), Ketelyn Etter and Kereigh Etter. She is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
