He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert D., Mary Lewis and Anna S. Sherman. He is survived by: his parents, Robert W. and Elizabeth S. Lewis; his brother Robert "Chip" Lewis (Roxanne); and also William D. Sherman. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
