He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Lucille Oliver. He is survived by: his father Charles Elton Hudson, Sr. of Currituck, NC; his sons, Nicholas Duane Hudson of Elizabeth City, NC, Cody Ray Hudson of Hertford, NC and Ty David Hudson of Elizabeth City, NC; his siblings, Brenda Walters (Greg) of Tucson, AZ and Charles Elton Hudson, Jr. (Robin) of Elizabeth City, NC; his grandson Noah Duane Hudson; his close friend Gina Johnson; the mothers of children, Dawn Garrett and Dawn Cavanaugh; his daughter Patricia "Pat" Benton; and also, Holly, Joey and Laney. He is also survived by nieces and nephews and many many friends.
