With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William Averitt Maxwell Sr. of Cumberland, North Carolina, who passed away on August 16, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Due to COVID, the family will attend a private service in the Chapel at Snyder Baptist Church on Friday, August 20, 2021, followed by an open graveside gathering at LaFayette Park at 3:00.
