He is survived by: his significant other Teresa; his son Harvey Lee (Delores); his granddaughter Jessica; his great grandchildren, Dyllon and Josaline Shigeko; his siblings, Thelma T. Boutwell, Bennie Turner (Kerry), Jess Turner and Doris T. Kriz; and his close friend Mike Goff. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and many very special friends.
