She was predeceased by: her parents, Alton Lennon Miller Sr. and Elizabeth Atkinson Miller. She is survived by: her children, Kathryn Gillis Miller (Douglas) of Hoke County, John D. Gillis II (Rena) of Cumberland County, Elizabeth Gillis Willis (David) of Hoke County and David Miller Gillis (Sue) of Cumberland County; her grandsons, William John Gillis (Hannah) and Andrew David Gillis (Marieke); her great grandchildren, Anna Gillis, Margaret Gillis, Katherine Gillis, Rebecca Gillis, Lillian Gillis, Jacob Gillis and Gideon Gillis; and her brother Alton Lennon Miller Jr. of Sumpter, SC..
