He was loved and cherished by many people including: his aunt Evelina Moore Peters; his wife Daisy Johnson Palmer; his son Maurice Renard Palmer (Germaine Carey); his grandchild Arianne Palmer; his siblings, Frank J. Palmer Jr., Ethel P. Burnes, Ruby P. Magee and Rosemary P. Wright; and his son England. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
