She is survived by: her husband Harold Dean Smith; her children, Janice Harris (Fred), Greg Smith and Scotty Smith; her grandchildren, Dean Smith, Angie Austin (Mike) and Pam Shuler (David); her great grandchildren, Clay Austin (India), Yasi Gosnell (John) and Mia Austin; and her great great grandchildren, Rhett and Mac Gosnell. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
