She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lon and Amy Bumgarner Revis; her husband Harrell E. Hooper; her daughter Dr. Janice Holt; and her siblings, Paul, Howard, Bruce, Kenneth, Johnny, Olen, Jack Revis, Georgia and Inez.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Chadwick (Ray) and Cynthia Hooper; her grandchildren, Matthew Chadwick (Nina), Sarah Deal (Wes), David Holt (Adrian), Adam Holt (Kristin), Abigail Reich and Caroline Reich (Evan Britton); her great grandchildren, Drew, Caleb, Nathan Chadwick, Lily, Josiah Holt, AJ Hawkins (Ally), Addison, Alyvia and Alizabeth Holt; her sisters, Shirley Moses and Betty Taylor; and her sisters-in-law, Peggy Revis, Gail Revis and Nancy Revis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
