She was predeceased by: her parents, Lambert Stewart and Polly Williams Stewart; her son Michal Lewis Moss; her brothers, Joe Stewart, Odell Stewart, Lambert Stewart and Charles Stewart; and her former husband Buster Lewis Moss.
She is survived by: her brother Gene Stewart; her grandson Michal Moss; her cousin Mamie Lou Peeler; her daughter-in-law Teresa Moss; her sisters-in-law, Zoney, Linda and Mavis; and her close friend Betty Page. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Pine Creek Baptist Church (4338 Pine Creek Rd, Cullowhee, NC 28723). A graveside service was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mountain Rest Cemetery (111 S Dilling St, Kings Mountain, NC 28086).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Four Seasons Hospice.
