He is survived by: his wife Judy Lusk Moffitt; his children, Randy Moffitt (Angie) of Yellow Mountain, Tony Moffitt of Cullowhee and Genise Moffitt of Cullowhee; his sister Willean Stiwinter of Cullowhee; his grandchildren, Wade Moffitt, Hunner N. Humphrey, Brittany Mathes, Hannah Humphrey Kinsey and Heather D. Humphrey; and his great grandchildren, Kali D. Smidt, Colton, Logan and Noah Mathes. He is also survived by twelve nieces and nephews.
