We are sad to announce that on June 4, 2018, at the age of 77, Donald Joe Ashe (Cullowhee, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parent Horace G.; and his sister Dorothy Penninger of Sylva. He is survived by: his parent Etta Ammons Ashe; his spouse Geralene Webb Ashe (Jeri); his daughter Pam Buchanan (Steve); his grandson Tyler Buchanan; and his sister Cora Smith of Hampton. He is also survived by several brother and sister-in-laws and special nieces and nephews.
