He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fisher and Earlean Parris Fisher. He is survived by: his wife Christine Taylor Fisher; his daughters, Tina A. Fisher of Cullowhee and Jennifer Dills (David) of Waynesville; his grandchildren, Devon Picon, Taylor Woodard (Luke), Madison Dills and Lawson Dills; his great grandchild Soren Picon; his siblings, Cecil Fisher (Eva Nell) and Patricia Ann Crisp (Ronnie); and his pets, Lucky and Cleatus. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
