With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Britta Lee Coggins of Cullowhee, North Carolina, who passed away on October 28, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Luther Coggins; her daughter Mildred Coggins Whitstine; and her grandson Michael Buchanan. She is survived by: her parents, Beth Carroll Bryson and Walter Bryson; her sons, Verlon Coggins of Cullowhee and Clifford Coggins (Gay) of Pisgah Forest; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Buchanan (Deb), Steve Buchanan (Lynn), Karen Hall (Robert), Angie Parton (Randy), Stacy Coggins (Lyn), Crystal Reese (Tracey), Regina Myers (Anthony) and Shannon Coggins. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
