He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Raymond Lee Setzer of Maggie Valley and Estelle Hyde Setzer Allison of Andrews; his wife Anne Bridges Setzer of Ellenboro, NC; his siblings, Betty Nell Ferguson of Dellwood and Edwin; his children, Allen Neil (Tiffany) of Hayesville, Laura Lembeck of Cullowhee, Joel Bobby (Lesha) of Cullowhee and Steven Lee (Jennifer) of Easley, SC; and his grandchildren, Jake, Lindsey, Leah, Alex, Natalie, Katie, Holly, John Lee, Kathryn and Morgan.
