With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Fox Young of Cullowhee, North Carolina, who passed away on February 24, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Roy Fox. She is survived by: her daughter Rita Dyer; her siblings, Dennis, Eddie Fox (Bonita) and Janette Fox; her granddaughter Diann Barker (Billy); her great grandchildren, Felicia Trantham and Desiree Dyer; her great great grandchildren, CJ Cabe, Virginia Shell and Silas Shell; and her nieces and nephews, Cindy Kay Fox, Tammy Parris (Randy), Patsy Fox, Stephanie Harris, Tabitha Fox, Randy Fox (Lora), Ronnie Fox, Travis (Amber) and Stacey Tuck. She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, as well as great great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to Speedwell Baptist Church, to the attention of Lora Fox, 406 Silver Fox Drive, Cullowhee, NC 28723.
