He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Gibney Lewis and Mary Jane Weaver Lewis; and his son Ricky Wayne Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Jane Lewis; his son Danny Lewis (Elaine) of Port Deposit, MD; his grandchildren, Scotty Lewis of Philadelphia, PA and Kelly Lewis Walls of Colora, MD; and his great grandchildren, Kyle Bednash, Macey Walls and Sam Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
