He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Roy Huffman, Winfield and Betty Rhyne; and his father-in-law Ron Mace. He is survived by: his parents, Teddy Huffman and Frances Rhyne Huffman of West Jefferson; his wife Julie Mace Huffman; his children, Shanna Huffman of New Hampshire, Chance Hutchens of Raleigh and Andrew Hutchens of Boone; his grandmother Fannie Huffman of West Jefferson; his brother Adam Huffman; his sister-in-law Melinda of Grassy Creek; his sister Ellen Hampton; his brother-in-law Toby of Boone; his nieces and nephews, Andrew Hampton, Leah Hampton, Connor Huffman, Caleb Huffman, Aubrey Huffman, Jorgen Resset and Brynnley Resset; his sister Robyn; his brother-in-law Jamie Resset of Texas; his mother-in-law Patricia Mace of Blowing Rock; and his sister-in-law Kari Mace of Boone. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
