He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ed Stutts and Hester Elvie Howell; and his stepfather David Langdon. He is survived by: his wife Karen Hall; his daughter Ashton Stutts of Wilson, NC; his brother Jody Stutts (Marian) of Youngsville, NC; the mother of his child Carla Stutts of Elm City, NC; his nieces and nephews, Leigh Ann Stutts-Weullner, Claire Thams, Carrie Thams, Lauren Thams, Jessica Hall, Lauren Cabebe, Joseph Stutts, Kevin Stutts, Isaac Hall, Seth Hall, Braden Hall, Alex Hall and Kyle Chu; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Kukuruda (Tom), Rick Hall (Anne) and Brad Hall (Connie). He is also survived by his family, friends and all those.
