We are sad to announce that on February 5, 2019, at the age of 93, Robertine Francis (Crumpler, North Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including : her spouse Colonel Elijah Francis; her children, Ronald P. Francis (Glenda) of Danville, VA and Rita F. Scott; her friend Greg Troxell of Fries, VA; her grandchildren, Sara Scott Kesterson (Michael) of Jefferson, Isaac Scott of Crumpler, Laurel Scott (Josh Ring) of Sparta, Courtney P. Farmer (Chris) of Danville, VA, Major Kesterson, Charleston P. Farmer; and her close friend Margie Spencer of Rugby, VA.. She was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
