He is survived by: his siblings, Lavone Phillips (Joe) of Hickory, Linda Robinson (Ron) of West Jefferson, Danny Blevins (Carol) of Hickory and Jimmy Dean Blevins (Renee) of Warrensville; and his sister-in-law Joan Blevins.
