It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Bowers of Crumpler, North Carolina, who passed away on November 12, 2020, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife June Mahaffey Bowers; his children, Stephanie Williams of Mooresville, Michelle Bowers of Boone and Robert Bowers of Boone; his sister Laura Young of Crumpler; and his grandchildren, Ella and Banks Williams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
