He is survived by: his wife Connie Lockhart Widman of Crumpler; his children, James Schlicher of Crumpler, Tammy Harvey of Ashe County, Robert Schlicher of Tucson, Kimberly Rice of Crumpler, Raelynn Widman of Crumpler, Amanda Mulholland of Crumpler and Heather Jordan (Cody) of West Jefferson; and his sister Carol Reneghan (Tom) of Washington, DC.. He is also survived by Many grandchildren, and great grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
