He is survived by: his wife Brenda Senter Waddell; his son Chad Waddell of Winston Salem; his sister-in-law Barbara Primm of West Jefferson; and his friends, Barbara Barlow of Crumpler, Kathy Bower of Jefferson, John Waddell of Texas and John Kilby of West Jefferson.
