It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Ruth Fowler of Crumpler, North Carolina, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Arthur Cissero; and her husband Carl William Fowler. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
