He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Eastridge and Bertie Stanley Eastridge. He is survived by: his sons, Michael Dean Eastridge of Crumpler and Charlie William Eastridge (Katrina) of Lansing; his siblings, Dennis Dale Eastridge (Carol) of Lexington, Ray Eastridge (Pollyanna) of Sparta, Nancy Osborne (Jerry) of West Jefferson, Sue Roten of West Jefferson, Mattie Black of Laurel Springs and Margie Denny of North Wilkesboro; and his grandchildren, Kurt and Ivy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
