She was predeceased by: her parents, William McKee and Margaret Taylor McKee; her husband Kenneth Marlin Johnson; and her brother William Allen McKee. She is survived by: her children, Darlene Johnson Gibbs (Dean) of Crossnore, Marlin Johnson (Carolyn) of Keller, TX and Raborn Johnson (Erica) of Murfreesboro, TN; her grandchildren, Jay Gibbs, Tiffani Gibbs, Macy Johnson, Shaun Johnson and Brian Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Grace Gibbs, Tessa Faith Gibbs and Tarah Hope Gibbs.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Hospice and Palliative Care of the Blue Ridge or to the American Cancer Society.
