He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Bub" Henson and June Lambert Henson; and his sister Estena "Sissy" Wiseman. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Henson of Crossnore; his daughters, Regina Henson Hood of Crossnore, Kimberly Henson of Crossnore and Deann Howard (Billy) of Crossnore; his grandchildren, Jessica Miller (Zeke) of Crossnore and Roger "Jacob" Robinson (Ryan) of Rutherfordton; and his great grandchild Toliver.
