He is survived by: his wife Sherry Lee Oaks of Baltimore Md; his children, Billy Edward Oaks Jr., Adam Lee Oaks Sr. and Angela Dawn Riley; his son-in-law Patrick James Riley; and his grandchildren, Jason Heiland, Alexis Dixon, Morgan Oaks, Paris Oaks and Aleah Riley.
