It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Stallings of Crisp, North Carolina, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Louise Stallings to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Joseph and Bessie Bell Jefferson; her husband Howard W Stallings; her son Howard W Stallings Jr. (Ward); and her siblings, Thurman Jefferson, Raymond Jefferson, Richard Jefferson, William Henry Jefferson, Robert Jefferson, Minnie Bell Norville and Annie Bruce Lewis.
She is survived by: her son Kenneth W Stallings (Shirley) of Crisp; her daughter-in-law Betty Jean Varnell Stallings of Crisp; her grandchildren, Kendra Stallings of Crisp, Collene Stallings of Winston Salem and Howard W Stallings III (Courtney) of Greenville; and her great grandchildren, Eli Stallings and Caleb Stallings. She is also survived by her family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Carlisle Funeral Home (701 Hospital Dr, Tarboro, NC 27886). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are welcome, and for those who prefer, donations may be made to Eagles Baptist Church in her memory.
