She is survived by: her husband Charlie Whitehead; her children, Collins Whitehead of Tarboro, NC, Leon Whitehead of Rocky Mount, NC, Leslie Whitehead of Nashville, NC and Brenda Whitehead Jenkins of Rocky Mount, NC; and her brother Bishop Lenton Roberson of Plymouth, NC. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
