She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Garrett and Olean Patrick Garrett. She is survived by: her husband Frederick Wendell Wisner; her daughter Donna Wisner Hall; her great grandchild Nicholas Stotesberry; her sister Frances Garrett Davenport; her children, Dorothy Marie Ruiz of Creswell, NC and Jesse David Wisner (Brenda) of Jamesville, NC; her brother Gene Garrett of Zebulon, NC; her grandsons, Wayne Wisner, Linwood Stotesberry, Douglas Wisner, Ricardo Davenport and Anthony Wisner; and her great grandchildren, Dallis Wisner, Gavin Wisner and Linwood Stotesberry, III.
