He is survived by: his parent Marie Phelps Woodley; his wife Shaun King Woodley; his children, Sandy Woodley of Raleigh and Jeff Woodley of Georgia; his stepchildren, Heather Noell of Elizabeth City, Ali Bostwick of Roper, Andrew Bostwick of Hampton, VA and Evan Bostwick of Roper; his siblings, Glenda Barnes of Creswell and J. T. Woodley of Rockingham; and his grandchildren, Ezra Woodley, Hunter Noell, Shane Bostwick and Sadie Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist medical and other related expenses.
