We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2021, at the age of 83, Raymond Earl Spruill (Creswell, North Carolina), born in Washington, North Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Gladys Davenport Spruill; his brother Jimmy Carlton Spruill; and his son-in-law Gary L. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ernestine S. Spruill; his daughters, Linda S. Spear (Neal) of Roper and Lisa S. Smith of Edenton; his siblings, Flora Ainsley of Petersburg, VA, Violet Bartley of Creswell and Phillip Spruill of Creswell; his grandchildren, Leslie Spear Kader (Will), Courtney M. Spear, Raymond Ethan Smith and Logan Mackenzie Smith; and his great grandchildren, Riley William Kader and Preston Luke Kader.
Due to the restrictions associated with the Covid-19 Pandemic, no formal visitation is being held, however friends may visit with the family at the residence. Masks and social distancing are encouraged.
