He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pelletier and Geneva Tripp Pelletier; and his brother Charles Pelletier, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Tarkington Pelletier of Creswell, NC; his son Andrew Joseph Pelletier (Aubrey West) of Creswell, NC; his brother Christopher Pelletier (Darlene) of La Grange, NC; his nephew John Lee Pelletier of La Grange, NC; and his sister-in-law Joy Tarkington of Orlando, FL.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
