He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Cleveland and Susie Bateman Patrick; his wife Levetta Furlough Patrick; and his siblings, Corrine Phelps, Bessie Hassell, Lucy Robinett, Aleitha, Pauline Patrick, Edward, Thomas, Billy and Ira Patrick.
He is survived by: his children, Jackie Harris (Mike) of Creswell and Thomas Patrick (Laurel) of Creswell; and his grandchildren, Stephen Harris (Diane), Patrick Harris (Angie), Joel Harris (Robin), T. C. Patrick (Kay), Katie Hall (Timmy), Stephanie Phelps (Brock) and Nathan Patrick (Kayla). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
