It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iris E. Berry of Creswell, North Carolina, born in Washington, North Carolina, who passed away on September 22, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell E. Edwards and Myrtle Rae Roberson Edwards; her husband Stephen A. Berry, Jr.; and her brothers, Kelly Edwards and Paul Edwards.
She is survived by: her children, Stephen A. Berry, III, Bryan L. Berry of Fuquay Varina, Theron D. Berry of Alabama and Iris Cynthia "Cindy" Dickerson of Franklinton, NC; and her siblings, Leslie Edwards of Roper and Rose Edwards of Creswell. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
