He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Maxwell and Catherine Rife Maxwell; and his brother Bruce Maxwell. He is survived by: his spouse Guilia Bryant Maxwell; his children, Sherri Maxwell (Thomas Duquette) of Cross Plains, TX, Douglas Maxwell (Charlotte) of Creswell and Barry Maxwell of Boone; and his grandsons, Robert, Mike and James.
