Lentz (Stephanie) of Virginia Beach, VA; her siblings, Connie Nance and Ronald Morey of Joplin; her granddaughters, Desereé and Crystal; her great grandchild Qwajah; and her grandchildren, Danny, BreAnna, Erin, Kacee, Dakota, Dallas, Denver, Tucker, Arleasha, Triston and Trenton.
