He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Cleveland and Kay Wilson Patrick of Creswell, NC; his grandparents, Connie, Rick Casey of Edenton, Thomas and Laurel Patrick; his brother Jack Patrick; his great-grandparent Herman "Jack" Patrick of Creswell; his grandfather Keith Wilson; and his great-grandparents, Arthur, Irene Wilson, Chet, Hulda Mae Brewer, Levetta Patrick, Roy and Lynn Pancoast. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and extended family.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to Faith Christian Fellowship Church, 500 1st Street, Creswell, NC 27928, and designated for the Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU) at Vidant Medical Center.
