She was predeceased by: her mother Euzella Eastridge Lewis. She is survived by: her father Roy Lewis; her husband Joseph Clyde Patrick; and her siblings, J. D. Lewis, Lois Ann Greer, Mattie Wood, Jeanette Reece and Darrell Lewis. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Sunday, March 30th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery (5203 Little Laurel Rd, Creston, NC 28615).
