He was predeceased by: his siblings, Enoch Winebarger, Avery Winebarger and Chrissie Lewis. He is survived by: his brothers, Rector Henson and Anthony Roark; his granddaughter Brushy Fork Rd; his wife Judy Lewis Winebarger; his children, Roxanne Maltba (Darrell) of Creston and Jamie Winebarger (Sylena) of Wilkesboro; his brothers, Roy Winebarger of West Jefferson and Marion Winebarger of West Jefferson; his grandchildren, Brittany Winebarger, Brady Severt and Ethan Winebarger; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Lunsford, Tressie Winebarger, Shirley Winebarger and Mary Winebarger. He is also survived by 2 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
