He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce Ray Lewis and Crissie Winebarger Lewis. He is survived by: his brothers, Sampson Lewis (Angie) of Lansing and Brian Lewis (Amanda) of Purlear; his nephews, Bruce Lewis, Levi Lewis and James Lewis; and his niece Amelia Lewis.
