He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Elliott and Carrie Campbell Elliott; his siblings, Virgil Elliott and Irene Osborne; and his son Timmy Elliott.
He is survived by: his close friend Cindy Perry of Creston; his daughters, Jennifer Renee Pokorny of Fayetteville, NC and Deanna Beebe of Raleigh, NC; and his siblings, Ivan Elliott (Mary) of West Jefferson, Joe Elliott (Jeanie) of Lewisville, NC and Magalene Osborne (Elmer) of Crumpler. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; a great-grandchild; several nieces and nephews.
